Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah! This foundational role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse and the successful execution of our logistics processes. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of safety and productivity. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an integral part in our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick items according to order sheets and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and orderly.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions as directed to support logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is helpful.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliability and a commitment to punctuality and work attendance.
This role requires physical capability, including frequent lifting and manual dexterity. Safety is our highest priority, and the correct usage of PPE is mandatory. Understanding the principles of logistics and inventory management will be beneficial. We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
