Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Use handheld scanners and other technology to track inventory and orders.
- Verify product information to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and logistics procedures.
- Commitment to safety standards and the use of required PPE.
This role involves continuous movement and the occasional requirement for lifting. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all guidelines regarding PPE is mandatory. A good understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management is helpful. We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to contribute to our success.
