Join our dynamic logistics team in Atlanta, Georgia, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will play a vital part in our supply chain, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and appropriate packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Awareness of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
