Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Retrieve, pack, and ship orders for customers according to specifications.
- Inspect products for damage and verify quantities against order forms.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring aisles are clear and hazards are removed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed by management to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.
