We are looking for an organized and meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. Your primary duties will include performing regular inventory cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and assisting with physical inventory audits. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams to ensure that inventory data is precise and up-to-date. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using inventory management software. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment is essential. You will also be involved in organizing inventory within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of all stock. Safety is paramount in our operations, and you will be required to adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a tidy workspace to prevent hazards. This role is key to supporting our supply chain efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction by guaranteeing product availability. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Organize warehouse stock for optimal accessibility and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and report any potential shortages or overages.

- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support logistics operations by providing accurate inventory data.
