As a Fulfillment Associate, you will engage in various tasks, including picking and packing products, inspecting incoming goods, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment. We uphold the highest standards of safety, requiring all team members to strictly follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. The position involves active work, including standing for extended periods and regular lifting of products. - Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify order accuracy against items picked.
- Package products securely for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Stage prepared orders in the designated shipping lanes.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, checking for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including picking and packing stations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to read and understand order specifications. Must be able to work at a consistent pace in a fast-moving logistics environment. Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are crucial. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. A dedication to workplace safety and the consistent use of PPE are mandatory. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
