We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our San Francisco, California location. This role is vital to the efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain management. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and inspecting inbound shipments, stocking inventory accurately, picking and packing orders for dispatch, and assisting with loading and unloading operations. Our company is committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees must strictly adhere to safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 60 pounds. We value teamwork and encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain inventory integrity and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and use provided PPE.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
- Process relevant shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of safety best practices and correct PPE usage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
