Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a crucial function within our supply chain, contributing to the efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, accurately fulfilling orders, and ensuring the timely dispatch of products. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and logistics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure all lifting tasks are performed safely and correctly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
