We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, California. In this essential role, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse duties, contributing to the seamless flow of goods within our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also operate various warehouse equipment, maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, and strictly adhere to all Safety protocols. This position requires physical capability for consistent Lifting and a commitment to workplace Safety, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Receiving and unloading deliveries from vendors and carriers.
- Verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
- Storing products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning technology.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Consistent use of required PPE.
This role involves regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Experience in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
