You will be responsible for ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular scanning and checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and adhere to all Safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to use required PPE, such as gloves and safety glasses.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
