Seeking a versatile Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our bustling logistics center in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is critical for managing the flow of goods, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include receiving incoming inventory, inspecting goods for quality and accuracy, preparing outgoing shipments, operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment, and maintaining organized stock. A key part of this role involves frequent Lifting of packages and materials, potentially weighing up to 50 pounds. Safety is our top priority; adherence to all Safety regulations and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. We are looking for candidates with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Experience in a similar role within logistics is preferred but not required.
