In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your primary goal is to ensure that the right items and quantities are picked swiftly and precisely, using order forms or handheld scanners. This position is fundamental to our **Logistics** process, directly impacting order fulfillment speed and accuracy. We maintain a rigorous **Safety** culture, requiring all employees to use appropriate **PPE** and adhere to all safety standards to prevent accidents. This job involves significant physical exertion, including frequent **Lifting** of items, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a sharp eye for detail, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities during the picking process.
- Stage picked items for consolidation and packing.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Strictly adhere to all **Safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Perform **Lifting** of boxes and products up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking targets.
- Support the efficient flow of **Logistics** within the warehouse.
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Perform other warehouse duties as requested.
