Nursery Manager

Level 3 childcare qualification
and have
at least two years of leadership experience
in an early years setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Ensure high‑quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement

Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community

Required Qualifications:
About You
Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering high‑quality early years education
