Border Enforcement Specialist

This entry-level position in federal law enforcement offers an opportunity to be part of a large workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
• Prevent and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the borders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Familiarity with U.S. immigration laws and regulations
• Critical thinking skills for making informed decisions
• Ability to operate specialized equipment such as all-terrain vehicles (ATVs)
