Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves, racks, and bins with materials in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and consistently wear **PPE**.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Contribute to team efforts and perform other **Logistics** tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent bending, standing, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic **Logistics** operations.
- Commitment to following **Safety** procedures and wearing **PPE**.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
