*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and personable *General Dentist* to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a dentist who values autonomy, team collaboration, and delivering top-tier patient experiences. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated support staff in a friendly, low-pressure environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including but not limited to exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, simple extractions, and preventive care.
* Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment plans.
* Build lasting relationships with patients to support long-term care and treatment adherence.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
* Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff for seamless care delivery.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and industry standards.
*Qualifications:*
* DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
* Active Oklahoma dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
* Malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong work ethic and clinical integrity.
