Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a passionate Technical Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team in our Wimbledon office with a hybrid work option. This full-time, permanent role is pivotal in driving the success of our UK&I Data Centre business unit.

Your Mission

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be the backbone of our post-order process, providing essential technical support to our Data Centre Sales and Project Management teams. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers post-sale, ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Connecting customers directly to Carrier’s UK&I Data Centre team.
  • Supporting both standard and complex orders, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Engaging directly with clients, consultants, and designers to create detailed and accurate selections.
  • Managing the end-to-end post-order process from order receipt to delivery.
  • Reviewing and approving Technical Submittals in collaboration with the Project Management team.
  • Providing clear and proactive communication as the main point of contact for customers post-sale.
  • Supporting the Project Delivery Team to ensure flawless execution from order intake to final delivery.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or project delivery role, particularly in HVAC or building services.
  • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams, including customer care, sales, and project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of tender enquiries, product selections, and the post-order handover process.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling escalations and complex customer situations.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
