We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Care Manager to lead our UK & Ireland Customer Care and Project Delivery teams from our vibrant Wimbledon office . This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.
Your MissionAs the Customer Care Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the entire order-to-delivery lifecycle. Your leadership will directly impact the commercial performance of our UK Applied business. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead, Coach, and Develop: Inspire and guide the Customer Care and Project Delivery teams to achieve excellence.
- Customer Orders & Enquiries: Ensure all customer orders are handled accurately and promptly.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Provide leadership to ensure seamless execution from order intake to final delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics teams and local partners to enhance service delivery.
- Dispute Resolution: Partner with Finance and Sales Managers to resolve invoice disputes effectively.
- Sales Backlog Management: Own and maintain the accuracy of the UK Applied sales backlog.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance customer care and delivery processes for better efficiency.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Proven background in customer care, order-to-cash, or project delivery leadership within a technical or manufacturing environment (HVAC preferred).
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of order-to-delivery and order-to-cash processes.
- Delivery Management: Proven ability to manage On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and mitigate risks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, confident in handling escalations and complex situations.
- Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
