Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch service to both internal and external customers. Here’s what you can expect:

• Respond to inbound calls professionally and effectively, ensuring we meet agreed response times.
• Demonstrate excellent service to all customers, maintaining our high standards of customer relationships and confidentiality.
• Accurately record and process customer information.
• Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Proactively identify and escalate any incidents that may affect service delivery.

To thrive in this role, you should ideally have:

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Experience in a call center, telephone customer service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong telephone and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
• A working knowledge of PCs and experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

You will be working a 37.5 hour week , Monday to Friday, on DAY shifts between 8 am and 6 pm (e.g., 8:30 am - 4:30 pm). Join us in a supportive and engaging environment where your contributions truly matter!
