As an Apprentice Service Technician , your primary goal will be to learn and understand the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, ultimately qualifying as a HVAC Service Technician. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Participate in regular block release to Leeds College of Building for a Level 3 Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps qualification.
• Work on a variety of HVAC equipment, from smaller products to large commercial and industrial systems.
• Attend customer site visits, shadowing qualified Technicians.
• Learn about refrigeration and air conditioning systems, fans, and air handling equipment.
• Help troubleshoot and support technically challenging breakdowns, both in person and remotely.
• Gain experience with sequencing and control panels, pumps, and water hydraulics.
• Explore digital control systems and basic Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Starting salary of £20,000 .

• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, Science, and ICT or Engineering.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A keen learner with a bright, inquisitive nature and a hunger for knowledge.
• Good written English skills.
• An interest in M&E, Engineering, and the HVAC industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Confident and articulate communication skills.
