About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively engaging with new and existing B2B customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, supporting lead generation, opportunity development, and ongoing account activity.
Your core focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including installers, contractors, distributors, and wholesalers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, identifying opportunities to support sales growth and foster long-term partnerships.
Your ResponsibilitiesExternal Sales Team: Collaborate daily for lead handover, regional knowledge sharing, and support.
Marketing Team: Work together on lead generation and marketing campaigns, leveraging opportunities from customer events.
Technical Support/After-Sales: Assist with complex product queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Logistics/Operations: Manage order tracking, deliveries, and stock availability.
Finance/Accounts: Handle invoicing and credit control queries.
To thrive in this role, you should:
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have previous experience in business development and cold calling (B2B).
Be resilient, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Quickly learn and understand technical product information related to heating and cooling systems.
Possess a good command of computer skills, particularly MS Office.
Collaborate effectively to support the external sales team’s objectives.
Work independently, take initiative, and manage your workload efficiently.
Speak fluent English.
