Join Our Team as a Customer Care Administrator!

Location: Wimbledon Office

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you ready to make a difference in customer care? As a Customer Care Administrator , you will be the heartbeat of our Order-to-Cash (OTC) process for the UK & Ireland Applied HVAC business. This is your chance to shine as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer experiences!

Your Role in a Nutshell

In this dynamic position, you will:

  • Manage the complete Order-to-Cash process from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
  • Accurately enter, maintain, and update customer orders in our system.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders with Carrier factories and approved third-party suppliers.
  • Support complex orders that go beyond standard shipments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, documentation, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate and resolve service, delivery, and operational issues raised by customers.
  • Be the initial contact for post-sale inquiries regarding warranty, quality, technical issues, or breakdowns.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in customer care, order processing, or operations within a technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or similar preferred).
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong customer focus with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and team integration skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
