This is your chance to make a significant impact by identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our dynamic distribution sales teams.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will:

  • Maximize Market Share: Drive sales revenue while effectively managing margins.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in your region.
  • Identify Opportunities: Target and engage potential resellers and distributors.
  • Achieve Goals: Meet sales targets and explore new avenues for channel growth.
  • Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to boost their promotional efforts.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
  • Analyze Data: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports to optimize sales potential with the National Distribution Manager.
What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC sector, especially DX and VRF products.
  • Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, working with contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging meetings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Service Commitment: A dedication to excellence in customer service.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license.
  • IT Proficiency: Competence in MS Office applications.
