  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery from order to commissioning.
  • Develop and maintain a robust, insight-led pipeline aligned with a strategic account plan.
  • Engage in disciplined prospecting activities (outreach, events, referrals) to open new buying centers and projects.
  • Represent Carrier at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance our brand and pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development within data centre infrastructure; HVAC/chilled-water and airside cooling experience is highly valued.
  • A proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Technical knowledge of hydronic chilled-water and airside products applicable to data centre cooling is advantageous.
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value propositions and ROI.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • A willingness to travel and utilize regional offices as needed; IT literacy with MS Office skills is essential.
  • A proactive, hunter mentality with a focus on pipeline generation, resilience, and disciplined execution.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset with a strategic, consultative approach to value creation.
What We Offer You:

At Carrier, we believe in rewarding our team members. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A competitive base salary
  • An uncapped sales bonus scheme with accelerators
  • A company vehicle or cash allowance
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays
  • A holiday purchase scheme
  • A company pension plan
  • The chance to shape the future of a high-performing sales team
  • Career progression and development opportunities, working with industry-leading equipment
