Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Carrier Solutions is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager based ideally in the South East. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our dynamic distribution sales teams.

Your Mission

As a key player in our team, your main objectives will include:

  • Maximizing Market Share: Increase sales revenue while effectively managing margins.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work alongside the current CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in the UK.
  • Target New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential resellers and distributors.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new business initiatives and explore channel growth opportunities.
  • Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to ensure they can promote our offerings effectively.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports to optimize sales potential in collaboration with the National Distribution Manager.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, particularly DX and VRF products.
  • Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, engaging with installing contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Service Commitment: A dedication to providing excellent service.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential.
  • IT Proficiency: Competence in MS Office and other relevant software.
