This field-based role will cover London and the South East, providing you with a dynamic work environment!

As an Apprentice Service Technician , your primary goal is to learn the ins and outs of the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, ultimately qualifying as an HVAC Service Technician. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Regularly attending the College of NW London to pursue a Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps.
• Working on a variety of HVAC equipment, from small products to large commercial systems.
• Shadowing qualified Technicians during customer site visits.
• Gaining knowledge about refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Learning about control panels, pumps, and digital control systems.

• Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English, Maths, Science, and ICT or Engineering.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A bright, inquisitive mind with a passion for learning.
• Strong written English skills.
• An interest in M&E, Engineering, and the HVAC industry.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Confidence and articulate communication skills.
