Role OverviewAre you ready to take the lead? In this exciting role, you will manage and develop our Pre-Sales team, transforming it into a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You’ll oversee day-to-day customer service activities, ensuring that customer queries, service or billing inquiries are resolved efficiently, while maintaining accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Inspire: Manage the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support.
Mentor Future Leaders: Develop apprentices within the team and support their professional growth.
Enhance Skills: Oversee team skills development and coordinate training initiatives.
Manage Government Schemes: Oversee MCS umbrella and other relevant programs.
Innovate: Support the introduction of new equipment into our product portfolio.
Design Solutions: Assist in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projects.
Provide Support: Offer assistance across domestic and commercial heating product lines.
Ensure Accuracy: Maintain accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications.
Experience: Background in customer service and/or pre-sales support.
Leadership: Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Customer-Centric: Ability to work with structured processes while keeping the customer at the forefront.
Interest in Technical Products: Experience in heating or related sectors is desirable.
IT Skills: Proficient in relevant software and tools.
People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills.
Communication and Presentation: Ability to convey information effectively.
Understanding of Government Schemes: An advantage, but full training will be provided.
Knowledge of ASHPs: An advantage, but full training will be provided.
