As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality childcare
• Ensure strong EYFS practice and drive continuous quality improvement
• Maintain full compliance and create a safe learning environment
• Effectively manage budgets, staffing, and resources
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Support staff development and promote best practices

About You:

• Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional early years education
