Senior Quantity Surveyor

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Collaborate on Work Scope Documents and the procurement of Enabling Work Packages with the Client Procurement Team.
• Manage a variety of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract works packages through to final account.
• Focus on minimizing risk and cost while maximizing value through careful cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A degree in BSc Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
• Construction industry experience managing large projects valued at over £100 million.
• Preferably, large-scale industrial or civil engineering experience.
• Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
• Familiarity with the NEC Form of Contract.
