Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Carrier Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for a Reseller / Distribution Account Manager based ideally in the South East. This is your chance to make a significant impact by identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our dynamic distribution sales teams.
Your MissionIn this role, you will be at the forefront of growing our sales and expanding the overall business for Carrier Solutions UK. You’ll be quoting and selling all DX and VRF products under the Toshiba and Carrier brands. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Maximize Market Share: Increase sales revenue while effectively managing margins.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the current CSUK sales team to enhance our market presence in your region.
- Target New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential resellers and distributors.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet sales targets and explore new business avenues for channel growth.
- Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to ensure they can promote our offerings effectively.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
- Analyze Performance: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports, collaborating with the National Distribution Manager to optimize sales potential.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, particularly DX and VRF products.
- Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, working with contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging meetings and presentations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Driving License: A valid UK Driving Licence.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy.
