About the RoleAre you an experienced Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? We want you to join our dynamic team at Viessmann! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns on Combined Heat and Power units.
- Liaising with commercial customers and supporting our sales team to drive growth in the UK.
- Enjoying a high level of autonomy to resolve issues and make impactful decisions.
This is a home-based position that allows you to start and finish your day from the comfort of your home while covering a large geographical area, including the South and Greater London. Travel nationwide may be required occasionally.
Your Responsibilities- Perform warranty and chargeable repairs on CHP units.
- Coordinate with technical departments and customer service to expedite repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of performance reports.
- Support the Sales Team in developing sales strategies across the UK.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on-site at commercial premises.
- Qualified gas engineer with ACS: CGFE1 (Commercial Gas Fuelled Engines / CHP).
- Proven technical expertise gained through industry experience.
- High attention to detail and a confident, adaptable work style.
- Full UK driving licence.
