Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the marketing landscape for Carrier’s Applied, Service, and Rental business units in the UK & Ireland? As our Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving demand, enhancing our brand presence, and supporting commercial growth across various market channels.
Your MissionIn this hands-on leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the UK&I Managing Director and senior leadership team to transform business strategies into compelling marketing plans that resonate with our audience while aligning with Carrier’s global brand.
What Will You Be Doing?- Craft and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the UK&I, focusing on Applied HVAC, Service, and Rental.
- Serve as the senior marketing lead, partnering with the Managing Director and business unit leaders.
- Oversee all internal and external communications for the UK&I business.
- Ensure the Carrier brand is consistently represented, adhering to global standards while being relevant locally.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, content, PR, email, social media, and partner activities.
- Support sales teams with impactful campaigns, collateral, and tools to boost engagement and conversion.
- Lead the marketing strategy for customer conferences, industry events, exhibitions, and internal gatherings.
- Manage UK&I digital channels, including website content, email marketing, and social media presence.
- Significant experience in a senior B2B marketing role, preferably in engineering, HVAC, construction, energy, or industrial sectors.
- A proven track record of developing and executing commercially focused marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of multi-business-unit or matrix organizations.
- Experience in HVAC, building services, energy, or related technical sectors is a plus.
- Knowledge of service-led, lifecycle, or rental-based business models.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
