Location: West London

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you ready to become a part of something extraordinary? We are on the lookout for passionate HVAC Data Centre Service Technicians to join our elite team—the true heroes of our business! Your mission? To troubleshoot, support, and service a variety of HVACR products, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, especially in data centres.

Your Role as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you will:

  • Run large sites independently or supervise other technicians, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert support in technical disciplines such as CRAC/CRAH, centrifugal compressor rebuilds, and controls chiller sequencing.
  • Handle commercial and technical aspects of contracts without supervision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex breakdowns, both in-person and remotely.
  • Commission standard and large capacity products while advising on system installations.
  • Participate in customer meetings with minimal supervision.
  • Review and understand complex technical documents like wiring diagrams and P&ID drawings.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Working on chilled water systems, chillers, and CRAHs is essential.
  • Data Centre Experience: Must have a background in the data centre environment.
  • Qualifications: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning certification.
  • Driving License: Full UK Driving License (or equivalent).
  • Certifications: City & Guilds or equivalent in Safe Handling of Refrigerants, and F Gas qualified (cat 1).
  • Technical Competence: Relevant experience with Carrier and other manufacturers' equipment.
  • HVAC Technician Experience: Previous experience in a Technician role within the HVAC industry.
