The IT Systems Administrator will own the technical implementation and administration of many of 1800PetMeds Enterprise IT systems focused on identity, access, and process management. You will be an integral part of the IT team helping to ensure process and automation exists that enable our user base to onboard and quickly access the tools and systems needed to drive our business forward. You will help make sure implementations and rollouts of new systems go smoothly, and are well documented, and support our users and other IT personnel in their efforts to utilize and administer those systems. RESPONSIBILITIES Architect, deploy, secure, and administer various SaaS applications/environments (OKTA, G-Suite, etc) Implement and support new SaaS solutions and deployments Integrate new solutions into IAM/SSO systems Help maintain core enterprise services such as DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VOIP, etc Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution Serve as a technical expert in the area of system administration for supported platforms and SaaS cloud technologies Assist with enhancements and maintenance of automated processes and applications Assist in the development of detailed project specifications Responsible for the correct triage, prioritization and coordination of incident resolution in keeping with SLAs Providing 3rd line support to Service Ops teams and major incidents including attending out of hours support when required Deliver an excellent customer experience (including a high-quality support service) to internal customers of in-scope solutions Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and end-users Provide interoperability with external systems QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED BS in an IT related subject or equivalent technical training and 5+ years of related IT industry experience 5+ years experience provisioning, operating, monitoring and maintaining systems' hardware, software and SaaS systems. 2-5 years experience using scripting and automation to manage enterprise applications Must have OKTA experience, G Suite administrative experience (setup, routing, forwarding, GAM CLI); setting up authentication and user rights Familiarity with deployment, maintenance, and user management on at least several software platforms: JIRA, Confluence, GIT/BitBucket, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft AD, Salesforce, DocuSign Ability to create scripts in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or other languages Solid understanding of SOC2, PCI, SOX Available to support critical tasks 247 (both scheduled and on-call basis) Team player that collaborates well within a team environment to complete projects and tasks Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing priorities to address/resolve the most critical/sensitive issues on a timely basis High-level of integrity along with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality Working knowledge of networking/VoIP, email, web, and DNS hosting Ability to build Knowledge Base articles and guides to build internal and external processes, procedures, and KB repositories Knowledge of secure remote access technology concepts Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration Knowledge of server backup and restore procedures as well as disaster recovery and business continuity Cloud services hosting environment knowledge with GCP a plus Pay: $75,000.00 $80,000.00 per year
