Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform general design activities as required * Create design output documentation (i.e. schematics, drawings, parts lists, etc.) as necessary and review for completeness * Support Trenton's manufacturing resource(s) as required, providing support on technical issues * Provide support and guidance to test personnel * Support Engineering Manager as necessary with special projects * Provide Project Management support, including project tracking (design plans) on new Engineering designs * Participate in Design Review activities providing input from an Engineering perspective * Act as a customer support resource as needed * Attempt to identify improvements in efficiency in processes and improvements in products and services and provide input to continuous improvement team
PM21 Requirements:
* BSEE or equivalent. * Minimum of 10 years experience in engineering design capacity * Must have experience in complex designs * Knowledge of Schematic and CAD - PCB layout tools * Hands on experience in bringing up new boards * Experience working in multidiscipline development teams, coordinating with mechanical, software, and other engineers * Experience in Intel architectures is helpful, including dual socket Xeon and server-class platforms * Experience with DDR, PCIe, UPI, USB, and other high-speed interconnect is helpful.
