Project Engineering Manager (Secondary Packaging) - Rayong Factory

Involve in planning and executing of the project in secondary and tertiary packaging parts focus on flexible and rigid packaging

Coordinate and lead the planning, design and execution of CAPEX Project across multiple teams locally and globally

Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, standards, local laws and regulations

Supervise project construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, commissioning and hand over

Collaborate with local and global teams, consultancy, vendors and suppliers

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation) or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing or engineering, with experience in the FMCG sector being an advantage.

At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of CAPEX management.

Proven experience in third-party management and working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.

Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.

Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English

Flexibility in working hours, as adjustments may be required due to different time zones of project teams.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project.
