This is your chance to make a significant impact by identifying and developing new business opportunities while collaborating with our dynamic distribution sales teams.
Your MissionIn this role, you will be at the forefront of growing our sales and expanding the overall business for CSUK. You’ll be quoting and selling all DX and VRF products under the Toshiba and Carrier brands. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Maximize Market Share: Increase sales revenue while effectively managing margins.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the current CSUK sales team to enhance our presence in the UK market.
- Target New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential resellers and distributors.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Develop new business opportunities and drive channel growth.
- Empower Resellers: Keep them updated on product and service developments to enhance their promotional efforts.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with resellers through regular communication.
- Analyze Performance: Compile monthly sales and forecast reports to optimize sales potential.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the HVAC industry, particularly DX and VRF products.
- Sales Experience: A strong background in HVAC sales, working with contractors, M&E’s, and specification consultants.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging meetings and presentations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential.
- IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
