Your Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive professional to spearhead the growth of our Power & Pump division across the Midlands region . In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales, rental, and profit growth across our portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities

As our Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate, manage, and execute the Sales plan for your territory.
  • Introduce the Carrier range of products and services to the market.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver industry-leading standards.
  • Prospect for new customers and explore opportunities with existing ones.
  • Continuously develop your product and application knowledge.
  • Utilize Carrier Rental System data systems, especially our CRM.
  • Provide insightful reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales.
  • Assist in the collection of payments for services rendered.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Outside sales experience in Plant Hire or Construction (experience selling pump solutions is a plus).
  • Familiarity with electrical power supply equipment like generators, solar, or battery storage solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated attitude and a passion for success.
  • A valid UK driving license.
