As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experiences and developing your team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager, focusing on service and standards.
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events.
• Leading and developing a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors.
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
• Managing and improving the Group Exercise (GEX) offerings within the gym.

You will help create a fantastic environment for both your team and gym members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contributing to membership growth and retention.
