Role: ServiceNow QA Engineer Location: North Carolina Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) within enterprise environments. Practical expertise testing Agent Workspace interfaces using ATF, beyond classic UI validation. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals including tables, forms, lists, ACLs, UI policies, client and server scripts, and update sets/application packaging. Experience designing and managing reusable test data for automated executions. Ability to develop detailed test cases and convert business requirements or acceptance criteria into automated test scripts. Skilled in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification across platform, configuration, and customization layers. Experience with ServiceNow Test Management 2.0 (TM2), including mapping manual and automated test coverage. Familiarity validating workspace-specific features such as UI Builder components and configurable workspaces. Understanding of CI/CD integration for ATF execution, DevOps practices, and release governance. Hands-on involvement in ITSM, CSM, or HRSD implementations leveraging Agent Workspace. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.) preferred.
