Job Title- Senior Network System Engineer Location- Walnut Creek, CA or Reno, NV United States (4 Days Onsite) Local profile only Mode of Hire:- Long term contract Visa Independent Only (GC, USC, GC EAD) Mandatory skills :- Active Directory, Azure AD, Fortinet firewalls, Crowdstrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender 365, SIEM tools. Ideal Experience: Bachelor's degree from a Four-Year college or University Additional professional and management education is highly desirable. 5+ years of experience as a Senior systems and Network engineer Hardware, operating systems, systems software, and communications technologies including VMware virtualization, RH Linux, Windows Server 2016+, and Intel-based servers. Storage systems and applications including RAID, NAS, SAN, Veeam backup software. Systems and network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor, Datadog, etc. Network technologies and products including Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Fortinet SD-WAN, TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, and Cisco Meraki wireless communications. Email, collaboration, and office productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and 8x8. Security tools including Active Directory, Azure AD, Fortinet firewalls, Crowdstrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender 365, SIEM tools. IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow Building and operating standardized/normalized, automated, secure, and self-service cloud platforms for engineering teams, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevSecOps.
