Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital and Ecommerce Specialist to join our Integrated Marketing Services team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Nescafé Dolce Gusto's direct-to-consumer (D2C) business by managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Magento2, a strong understanding of SEO, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams.

  • Execute webmastering activities for brand marketing websites, D2C webshops, and mobile applications.
  • Manage promotions, content, and products using Magento2, including product launches, price changes, and shipping cost adjustments.
  • Perform quality assurance activities and end-to-end testing prior to monthly releases.
  • Implement SEO optimizations to enhance website visibility and performance.
  • Handle support and incident requests, coordinating with technical partners and agencies.
  • Configure and validate features on the NDG Magento2 platform, ensuring market approval before activation.
  • Track and report on key activities and market requests, providing actionable insights to the business.
What will make you successful...
  • University degree in digital technologies or related field.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, particularly Magento2.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Understanding of UX principles and front-end web design (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, complex tasks.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage stakeholders effectively.
