Border Patrol Professional

A Border Patrol Agent is a law enforcement professional responsible for protecting the nation's borders and preventing illegal activities.

The primary duties of this position include detecting and apprehending individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, and performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.

This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry or contraband. The agent must also be able to communicate effectively with people in a courteous manner while dealing with sensitive situations related to law enforcement matters.
