Description: The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing and communication efforts for Kirchner Building Centers, a 17-location lumber and building materials company serving Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. The focus is on strategy, consistency, and connection — connecting our brand with our communities, customers, and employees. This person will manage a small team, oversee budgets, guide creative direction, and ensure every marketing effort — from a Facebook post to a community partnership — reflects our values and supports our business goals. This role is central to how Kirchner Building Centers presents itself — both inside and outside the company. The Marketing Manager will have the freedom to shape strategy, build strong community connections, and elevate our brand across every channel. It’s a position for someone who thrives on independence — decisive, resourceful, and able to figure things out in real time while keeping the big picture in focus.
