Our platform is used by Fortune 500 companies and global tech leaders to achieve deeper, qualitative insights about their users at unprecedented speed and scale. The research industry is massive (>$140B and growing) and ripe for disruption. While incumbents remain slow and burdened by high-cost services, we are capturing the market with a category-defining product. We are a tight-knit team of 30 based in San Francisco's Financial District. Following a breakout year where our business grew 8x, we recently closed a $30M Series B in December 2025less than six months after our Series A. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth startup backed by top Silicon Valley investors as we set the new standard for understanding people. What you will do: Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the CTO and CEO on strategic technical decisions and product direction. Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing infrastructure. AI Innovation: Implement and refine our in-house Large Language Model (LLM) and real-time interview technology. End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability. User Feedback Loop: Interface directly with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and continuously improve our core product.
