We recently closed a $30M Series B (led by top-tier Silicon Valley investors) following a year where our business grew 8x. We are a tight-knit team of 30 based in San Francisco's Financial District, and we are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us define the new standard for understanding people. The Role In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be a key architect of our user experience. You will collaborate directly with our CTO and CEO to translate complex AI interactions into intuitive, world-class interfaces. Key Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with the founders to influence technical decisions and the long-term product roadmap. Frontend Architecture:
Design, develop, and optimize user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js. Full-Cycle Ownership:
Lead frontend projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring high scalability and reliability. Component Excellence:
Build robust, responsive components that integrate seamlessly with backend services and APIs. UX Innovation:
Enhance user experiences through real-time data visualization and interactive elements. User-Centric Development:
Interface directly with our enterprise users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and iterate on UI/UX.
