Poshmark is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, performance, and overall quality of Poshmark's mobile, web, and cloud platforms. You will take a hands-on approach to testing while contributing to the evolution of our QA processes, methodologies, and best practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented QA professional who enjoys tackling complex challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, and growing professionally in a fast-paced product environment. What You'll Do
Conduct manual QA testing for new and existing features across: iOS and Android mobile applications
Web applications
Cloud platform services
Perform end-to-end, functional, and performance testing to ensure product quality and stability
Develop detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and design documents
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (JIRA preferred)
Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and assign defects to the appropriate development teams
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Review bug descriptions, functional requirements, and technical designs to continuously improve test coverage
Participate in regression testing cycles and help maintain test quality across releases
6-Month Accomplishments
Contribute to the development of new test cases and test scenarios
Execute and maintain regular regression test suites
Debug, identify, and help resolve issues in existing products
Enhance and maintain current test suites for better coverage and reliability
12-Month Accomplishments
Contribute to the design and implementation of QA processes and methodologies for new and existing features
Support larger, more complex projects with well-defined testing strategies and workflows Help improve overall QA efficiency, consistency, and scalability across teams
What You'll Bring
1+ years of software testing experience, including: Mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and Web application
Server-side or cloud-based systems
Experience using bug tracking and project management tools (JIRA preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Quick learner with a strong aptitude for new tools, systems, and technologies
Strong time management and prioritization skills
