POSITION SNAPSHOT

Position Summary

  • The Digital Commerce Senior Specialist for Publishing and Monitoring will join the Digital Commerce Services Team.
  • The Senior Specialist will closely collaborate with Business/Brand Managers, Key Supply Chain Managers, eCommerce Managers, Zone Leads, IT, Global Search and Digital Commerce Services Lead, Global eCommerce Team, Global MSE Team, and Global Transition Team.
  • The Senior Specialist will act as a subject matter expert for market specific requirements and Digital Commerce tools for reporting; will execute complex and advanced deep dive reporting; will support functional capability building.
  • Focus will be on providing support in ensuring compliance to quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and eRetailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverable, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as an partner of choice for the Businesses.

What Will Make You Successful

Key Experiences

  • 2-4 years of experience in the eCommerce preferrably has experience in Publishing product eContents and/or Monitoring eRetailer and product performance
  • 2-4 years of experience in monitoring and taking action in product related content (availability, search, & performance)
  • Good understanding in Product Master Data
Key Software Knowledge
  • PDH or any publishing related tools
  • Data Impact or any digital shelf related tools
  • SAP Product Master Data solution
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel (including formula) and Power BI solution

Key Skills

  • Ability to quickly understand eRetailers challenges and specificities
  • Ability to follow Nestlé and Brand Guidelines to ensure product content quality in eRetailers
  • Understanding of product eContent - marketing/digital assets, nutritional information, product description page
  • Solid understanding of Product Information process (creation, set-up, adaptation, syndication, publication) and Digital Shelf
  • Abilitiy to deliver against established objectives, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Understanding and knowledge in trends of eCommerce marketplace
  • Ability to interpret dashboard data and execute periodic reporting based on market requirements
  • Very good data gathering and analytics skills
  • Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills
