Technical & Regulatory Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ascertain the documentation platform needs for each part of the group technical business, reviewing regularly the efficiency of the system while making continuous improvements
• Provides ownership of all aspects of the software platforms, workflows, versioning etc. This position leads the technical documentation management agenda for the group globally in close liaison with IT
• Ensures a “one version of the truth” approach for all documents instilling the system approach into each employee, “one version of the truth” should become a mantra
• Ensure that when documents are emailed or shared outside of the system that the correct watermark, disclaimers and confidentiality levels are clearly visible
• Is responsible for the raw material approval system this includes the SOPs, specifications, MRMS, IRMS
• Is responsible for the physical approval of raw materials, ascertaining the right tests always weighing risks against speed.

Profile:

• Academic studies, eep technical understanding of beverage design and raw material management
• Professional experience: 5-10 years
• Sharepoint; PLM systems
• Beverage design expertise; Flavours, juices and colours expert; Production of beverages in factory
