Position Summary/ Department Summary:
Under direct supervision, provides advanced administrative support to implement the goals of various projects, develops plans and systems and coordinates the day-to-day activities in order to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project operations, including staff recruitment, record systems, and meeting/conference logistics
- Collect and manage project information such as schedules, data requests, assignments, and meetings
- Track project tasks and workflows in collaboration with the project team and Project Manager
- Monitor and update project schedules, document control, databases, and team communications
- Serve as liaison between work groups, clinical areas, departments, regulatory agencies, and consultants
- Oversee development and distribution of project deliverables, including training materials and newsletters
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required
Master's Degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in Sterile Processing required
Experience in an administration support role and/or projects related role preferred
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
